Tobacco Leaves Drying in Barn
This work was done for Michael Yurkovic of Atomic Miniature, for The Kentucky Gateway Museum Center as part of the Kathleen Savage Browning Miniatures Collection. Michael Yurkovic made the barn and everything else, and I made the tobacco. I watercolor painted each individual leaf and then applied them in the round. Detail shots of the tobacco leaves are below including a quarter for scale.
Sparkle! Designs Licensed Artwork
Sparkle! Designs is a shop run by Meg Earhart, focusing on artisan jewelry and art related gifts. I am very excited to be one of the artists licensing artwork for them to use. Public Art
Niles Art Stop 2018 is presented by the Public Arts and Culture Council. In the summer of 2018, 18 bus stop benches were transformed into works of art by 16 local artist. I was fortunate enough to be one of those artists and turn a bench into one of my rose pieces. This bench is located at Golf and Western in Niles, Illinois.
