Once a month watercolor painting club.
This class meets once month for a fun night of painting. This class will typically be on the last Friday of the month. If it is going to be on a different Friday, it will be clearly noted here.
If another monthly class is added in the future it will be noted on this page. Currently there is 1 monthly painting class, as well as 1 monthly open studio.
How much is the class?
This class is $15 per person. If you also take my weekly classes or private lessons that month you have a special discounted rate of $8 for you. (Any additional people attending are full price.)
If you qualify for the $8 discounted class price and wish to use a credit card to pay through square, send me an email and I will send you a special checkout link.

How does this class work?
Sign up by sending me an email through my website or at victoriaelizabethart@gmail.com. I will send the pre-scheduled zoom link over once you are signed up. I will also re-send it ten minutes before the start of class. You will also get emailed a PDF of the reference photo for that month.
How can I pay for the class?
You can pay for these classes through Venmo, Zelle, Paypal, Facebook Pay, or with a credit card through Square. If you want to pay with Venmo, Zelle, or Facebook Pay I can give you that info over email. If you want to pay with a credit card or through Paypal, click the buttons at the top of the page.
How do class recordings work?
I record these classes in case people need to rewatch it or they have to miss the class but still want to do the project. If you attend the live class, you can request the class video for free. If you need to miss the class and want the recording to do the project on your own it is the same rate listed above.
These videos are posted via a private link through youtube. These are NOT public videos. Only people that have the link are able to view these videos.

What is the virtual open studio?
This is a one hour meeting once a month where people can come to get help with their art projects (done with me from my classes or art projects done without me). You can hold up your work to get feedback from me and other people in the open studio.
This is a one hour open studio where you can come to sit and work on art while getting help if and when you need it. You can also watch me work on my own projects and see how I paint without needing to follow a class project. This is NOT a step by step class.
This is a great way to make yourself make time to sit down and create, which can often be the hardest part to do.
How much is it?
The open studio is $5 per person, per class. That is the full price and is not discounted like the monthly club is.
Do I have to work on watercolors?
No! You can create in the open studio with any medium you would like to. While my degree is in watercolor, I have many years of experience with the following mediums: charcoal, pastels, acrylic, gouache, tempera paint, inks, colored pencils, life drawing, collage, graphic design, fiber arts, mosaic, ceramics, sculpture, and more. I am happy to look at any artwork and offer helpful critique and suggestions.
When is the open studio?
These take place on the second Tuesday of the month. It takes place from 6:30-7:30 central time. Open studios are one hour long.

Do I have to show my artwork?
No, you don’t have to show your work to take part in the open studio. If you just want to use it as a blocked out time for an hour when you get to work on your stuff while chatting with other people that are creating, that is perfectly fine!
Will these be recorded?
No, the open studios will not be recorded. This way people can feel more open to sharing their work if they want to.
How do I get the zoom link?
If you pay with the credit card, it will get emailed to you immediately and I also re-send them our ten minutes before we start. If you pay any other way, please email me after at victoriaelizabethart@gmail.com and I will add you to my link email.
